You can create professional email addresses (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) using cPanel's Email Accounts feature.
Steps
- Log in to cPanel
- Find the Email section and click Email Accounts
- Click Create
- Enter the email address you want (the part before @) and choose a domain if you have multiple
- Set a strong password
- Optionally set a mailbox quota (storage limit) or leave as unlimited
- Click Create
Accessing Your Email
You can access your email via:
- Webmail – Click the envelope icon next to the account in cPanel, or go to webmail.yourdomain.com
- Email client – Use IMAP or POP3 with your domain's mail server. Settings are usually: incoming server
mail.yourdomain.com, outgoing servermail.yourdomain.com, port 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3) for incoming, 465 or 587 for outgoing.
